Prices are reducing slightly with price reductions posted daily. Interest rates are remaining flat with 30 yr fixed at 4.089% and VA at 3.750% and FHA 30 yr fixed at 3.750% Short sales and REO's are remaining a minority in the market. In Mountain House Richmond American Homes have released 30 new and under construction homes to the MLS ranging in price from the high 400's to almost $600,000.
